Our shop uses Secure payment through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account though, since Paypal can process payments using major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Alternatively, for orders made from Singapore or Indonesia, you can do bank transfer instead, it's easier and faster that way too. Just leave us a message if you prefer this method, we'll provide you with the necessary information once the transaction begins.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We ship the items using Registered Article services via local Post Office. Standard international shipping will usually take between 5-14 business days. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon payment received.
CUSTOM DUTY
International orders may be subject to regular customs duties and fees which are fully buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local custom office to make sure there's no hidden fee occuring in your order later.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Return or refund is allowed within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new reselling condition and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Contact us directly to arrange this process. However, return or exchange is not applicable for customized order. In the case of missing item due to shipping error, we will provide free replacement for one time. If the item still doesn't reach buyer for the second time, we will refund you back the full payment.
CARE
All cases are coated with a special protective layer, optimising them for daily usage (moisture, stains). However do refrain from soaking them in water for prolonged periods of time. In the event that you accidentally do so, you may dry them under the sun to minimise warping.
SECURITY
